I’m Lauren, a birth and postpartum doula in Sydney and I am so pleased you are here looking for doula support.

I am a mother to 4 children who inspire, challenge and ground me every day. Since having my first child in 2016, I was immediately drawn to birth work. Like many, I felt underprepared and ill equipped for birth and motherhood, despite buying all the things and having done all the courses. I believe having a doula would have enabled me to enter motherhood feeling calm, confident and empowered, and this is exactly what I hope to provide to every family I work with.
